Founded by Michael Hunt, Chaperone brings together decades of complementary leadership experience across program and portfolio management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, business process improvement, technology, and enterprise transformation. Throughout our careers, we have built and led teams, launched products, established new functions, improved business processes, and guided organizations through significant periods of growth and change.

Our journey began long before Chaperone. We experienced firsthand the realities of leading complex, cross-functional organizations where customer commitments, financial performance, operational excellence, and team alignment weren’t simply business objectives—they determined whether organizations succeeded.
